Kelsey Tucker

Kelsey earned her J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School in 1996 and began her career in Portland, focusing on business and real estate litigation. After becoming licensed in both Oregon and Washington, she practiced domestic relations law in Seattle, where she developed strong advocacy and negotiation skills while guiding clients through complex and sensitive matters.
In 2000, Kelsey returned to Oregon and continued litigating until the birth of her son, when she transitioned to working from home as corporate counsel for her family’s real estate companies. She also founded and served as president of a film production company, which successfully produced and secured worldwide distribution for its first feature in 2018.
With her son now in college, Kelsey is excited to bring her layered professional experience to Bizzano Law, LLC. Her practice focuses on representing clients in protective proceedings and other litigation matters, where she combines deep legal knowledge with practical business and negotiation insight.
Kelsey is also a proud graduate of the University of Oregon, which her son now attends. Go Ducks!
